  • Fire cupping is a hands-on technique using glass cups to create gentle suction on the body. This process helps decompress tight tissue, encourage local circulation, and release areas of persistent tension.

    Treatments are frequently used for the back, neck, shoulders, and other areas of muscular tightness or restriction. Sensations often include warmth, pulling, or a feeling of pressure followed by softening or relief.

    Temporary circular marks are a normal response and typically fade within several days.

    It’s helpful to arrive hydrated and having eaten something light. After sessions, many people benefit from staying warm, hydrating well, and avoiding overexertion for the rest of the day. Any additional guidance is shared in session and tailored to your body.
